Simmer Down Sounds is led by Seth Fridae aka DJ Colonel, a family man, DJ, producer, promoter and host of a long-running Reggae radio show at KRXF 92/9FM in Bend, Oregon for 16 years. DJ Colonel is also promoter/talent buyer for Reggae shows and festivals in the state of Oregon in the USA where he has worked with many of the music’s top performing artists.
