Overjam International Reggae Festival announced the last confirmed artist for the 2015 edition: General Levy. He will play on the main stage, joining already confirmed festival headliners Gentleman, Max Romeo, Capleton, Mellow Mood, Baby Cham, with Jugglerz, Ricky Trooper and O.B.F. on the beach stages. The festival also presents its sidebar activities: Overjam University, World cuisine, 4 kidz area and workshops. The fourth edition of Overjam Festival will take place from 12 to 15 of August in Tolmin (Slovenia) on the Soča riverside, considered one of the most beautiful of the world by The Huffington Post.
General Levy is an English ragga singjay, regularly employed on studio tracks by drum and bass DJs. He is best known for the track Incredible which he recorded with M-Beat. A remixed version reached number 8 in the UK Singles Chart in 1994. His first major releases were released by the independent record label Fashion Records, who signed a distribution deal with London Records for the re-releases of the tracks he has recorded. His tracks were hits on the underground dancehall scene and are still on top of the jungle/dancehall audience’s list.
OVERJAM UNIVERSITY
It’s a space open to the audience where it will be possible to assist to interesting lectures, presentations and conferences focused on three central themes: social rights, medical cannabis and biological agricolture. Lectures will be held in the afternoons at the air-conditioned press area.

During the lecture, Slovenian organization Healthy Hemp will be presented and all the participants will have the chance to taste the hemp kitchen.
WORLD CUISINE
Also the food is international at Overjam and it will take everyone on a journey around the world, starting on the concert venue, continuing on the beach and ending in the camping. On the concert venue, festival partner Healthy Hemp is offering increasingly popular dishes from industrial hemp with a wide variety of salads, main courses, desserts and hemp beer, while Indian food presents a pinch of orient. Pancakes and delicious hamburgers will represent the North American style with a hint of familiarity and the real Italian pizza will be served at Pizza degli Elfi. Of course it couldn’t be missing the domestic Slovenian food, Schnoptz bar with a rich selection of aperitifs, a vegan stand and a Smoothie Bar down at the beach, perfect to enjoy some relax with a fresh cocktail by the river under the trees. In the camping area breakfast, coffee, lunch and dinner at friendly reggae price will be granted at the Overjam Cantina.
OVERJAM 4 KIDZ
Overjam 4 Kidz is a project led by Nanaja team, an experienced, trained personnel with a single moto – to create the very own magical world for children at Overjam festival. This year, Overjam 4 Kidz expands and upgrades: the new dedicated space will be into the shade of trees to hide from the festival fever and congestion, still retained related to the overall context.
Children will have the chance to produce their own toys and souvenirs by using different creative techniques, make new friends from all around Europe, enjoy the great outdoors of the Triglav Park and take advantage of all its amenities, boundlessly sing and dance and also receive a diploma, which will keep them linked to “Overjam4Kidz” Family & Community. The area will be open evry festival day from 11am to 4pm and will offer a full-possibilities program with creative workshops, dancing, singing, sports and team buildings. Overjam 4 Kidz area will be equipped with carpets, tents, tables, hammocks and protected with protective tapes. It will also be possible to access electricity, toilets and drinking water.
